OUR MONTHLY MEETINGS

Note the change of venue. The Brett Young centre is a Covid Safe building. This means that everything possible is done to reduce the risk of infection.
Please follow the following rules set out by the centre.
Please adhere to all signage displayed around the centre.
Please keep 2 meters distance from anyone who does not live in your household. If you are in a situation where you cannot keep this distance you must maintain 1 meter distance whilst wearing a mask.
Only use the toilets allocated to our group. Use the antibacterial wipes both before and after use.
Hand sanitiser is provided. Face coverings/PPE must be used at all times by adults and children over 12 whilst moving around the building. Unless they are exempt (certificate/letter to be provided before the meeting starts.
No shared food/drink on site. Please bring your own refreshments.
Names and contact numbers must be provided for test and trace purposes. This record will be securely stored for 21 days before being destroyed.
The capacity of the room is 15, 4 of these places will be used by officers. Booking is essential, please ring 01384 572404 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please notify us a.s.a.p. if you cannot use your booked place as it can be offered to someone else. A waiting list will be created once all places are filled.
We will hold a raffle in a covid safe way. Please bring the correct change for £1 per go.
Drop your £1’s in the collecting box and your name will be written on a slip of paper and a draw will take place at a given time. Prizes will be given directly to the winner. If you wish to donate prizes please do not bring soft toys or similar. All prizes will need to be wiped down with antibacterial wipes. Excessive number of prizes will be saved for future fund raising.
We would ask that prior to the session that attendees take a Lateral Flow test and that they are advised not to attend the centre if they have a positive result. (this should also be checked on arrival – if anyone is unwell then they should not attend the session)
If they are feeling unwell or have symptoms, do not attend.
Someone in their household has symptoms, unwell or self-isolating, do not attend.
Returned from abroad in the last 14 days, do not attend.

Members please note that if we do not form a quorum we will distribute the minutes and give you time to question/comment in the same way as last year.
